Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of any major
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Fresh Graduate welcome to apply
- Have experience such as : develop program people culture, training program, training module, conduct and promote culture event
- Highly confident and adaptive
- Drive Changes & Independent self-starter
- Agile, Organize, pro-active, service minded, friendly, flexible, communicative
- Provicience in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and the other administration
- Having TOT certification is preferred
