PT Multi Tambangjaya Utama (MUTU) merupakan perusahaan tambang batubara yang terletak di Desa Teluk Betung, Kecamatan Kuala Karo, Kabupaten Barito Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah. dengan wilayah konsesi seluas 24.970 hektar, di mana lebih dari 7.000 hektar telah dipetakan. Perusahaan ini menggunakan metode tambang terbuka dengan membuat jenjang-jenjang dalam kegiatan penambangannya.
MUTU merupakan perusahaan batu bara bituminous thermal dan batu bara coking berkualitas tinggi yang memiliki hak pertambangan batu bara sampai dengan tahun 2039 di bawah PKP2B generasi ketiga.
PT Multi Tambangjaya Utama (MUTU) merupakan anak usaha PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk. (CUAN) yang diakuisisi dari PT Indika Energy Tbk. (INDY).

1. HCGA Superintendent
Requirements:
- Possessed min. Bachelor Degree majoring Psychology, Law, or related
- At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in mining industry
- Having excellence procedures knowledge, fatigue management/ human element, general affair management, office management, service excellent, HSE procedures, and HR policy
- Well knowen about UU 13 tahun 2003 and UU Cipta Kerja, Compensation & Benefit, Recruitment, Industrial Relation, and General Affair
- Having leadership and good management skill
- Able to work independently and initiative
- Having experinence in coal & mining industry is prefered
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Willing to be place in site (Central Kalimantan)
2. Legal & Compliance Specialist
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from Law or equivalent
- Min. 2 years of experience in mining industry
- Familiar with Legal Opinion, Legal Document, and Legal Drafting include preparing, budgeting, planning and carrying out
- Good understanding about policies and mining environmental forestry licensing process and other permits related
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Strong in communication skill
- Willing to be placed in site (Central Kalimantan)
3. Safety Supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in K3, Mechanical or equivalent
- Having a minimum of 5 years of experience as Safety Supervisor in mining industry
- Good understanding about Mining operational activities is plus
- Having knowledge about Preparing Hazard identification, Risk Assessment, and Determine Control (HIRADC), Accident Investigation and Accidents reports
- Familiar with review and analyze accidents including corrective action
- Having knowledge about Inspection safety equipment and control of work
- Having a Driving License (SIM A)
- Having AK3U, TOT and POP Certification
- Having the ability to use computer applications (Microsoft Office)
- Willing to be placed in site (Central Kalimantan)
4. Run of Mine Officer (contract based)
Requirements:
- Possessed Min. Diploma Degree related
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Good understanding about Mining operational activities
- Proven Experience and Knowledge about coal stacking and management process in ROM stockpile, and coal loading to hauling unit
- Familiar with inventory and contamination in ROM stockpile
- Having POP certification is preferable
- Having a Driving License (SIM A) is plus
- Willing to be placed in site project (contract based)
