1. Mine Planning Superintendent
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from related major preferably in Mining Engineering, Geology
- Min 10 years working experience in technical and operational aspects of open pit and/or underground mining
- Have experience in long-term mine planning is preferred
- Good understanding of mine design and economics
- Proficient to operate mine planning software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
2. Mine Planning Manager
Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in mine engineering and gold mining operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Experience with mining software such as Surpac, MineSched, Whittle, etc. is preferred.
- Competent in performing pit optimization, mine design & planning, mine scheduling, project management, mine economics, and environment.
- Able to apply sustainability-oriented planning in gold mining operations, safety, and good mining practices in every planning process.
- Experience in preparing and reporting to the government (FS, RKAB, AMDAL, RKL-RPL, etc.).
- Experienced in leading a team, teamwork-oriented, and has initiative.
- Good communication skills in conveying information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
- Strong English proficiency in both spoken and written form.
- Possession of Middle Operational Supervisor (POM) and/or Main Operational Supervisor (POU) certificate is a plus.
3. Geotechnical & Hydrology Manager
Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in geotechnical engineering and hydrology, specifically in open pit and/or underground mining. Experience in tailings dam construction is a plus.
- Experience in leading a team to handle geotechnical and hydrology projects effectively.
- Ability to apply geotechnical principles in open pit and/or underground mining environments to reduce or eliminate geotechnical risks, including slope stability control, surface water and groundwater management.
- Understand the technical and operational aspects of the mining industry and be able to adapt to changing regulations and technologies.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze complex geotechnical data and make decisions based on the analysis results.
- Good communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, from team members to senior management.
- Experience with geotechnical and hydrology software.
- Certification or license related to geotechnical engineering or other technical expertise is considered a plus.
4. Hydrogeologist
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree from related major preferably in Geology, Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering or Hydrogeology
- Min 2 years of experience in Hydrology, Hydrogeology or related field
- Good knowledge of groundwater flow and contaminant transport
- Experienced with groundwater modeling software
- Excellent communication and writing skills
