CORPORATE MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
As a Management Trainee, You will embark on an accelerated development programme with rotations across multiple roles within the company to gain broad-based exposure and insight into our Indonesia and Singapore businesses. You will undertake challenging projects and spearhead new initiatives under direct mentorship from one of our company directors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, economic or related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills with customers and suppliers
- Experience in sales and marketing
- Willing to travel overseas occasionally
- Willing to be places in our production sites across Indonesia
- Willing to canvass market to find out market trends
- Eager to learn and take on new challenges
- Must be proficient in English and Mandarin
