Requirements:
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in handling employee relations
- Ability to analyze and Detail-oriented
- Good time management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sectors is a plus
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
