PT Sinergi Era Cemerlang adalah anak perusahaan yang sepenuhnya dimiliki oleh PT Synergy Engineering yang berspesialisasi dalam proyek pembangkit listrik fotovoltaik surya skala besar. Kami adalah pembangun proyek panel surya skala grid dan komersial terbesar di Indonesia, dengan kapasitas lebih dari 90 MWp yang berhasil dipasang di seluruh negeri.

1. MATERIAL CONTROLLER

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any Engineering discipline or equivalent
• Min. 1 year of experience as Material Controller in the EPC, experience in renewable energy sector is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft office, as well as other Engineering software
• Self-management, good attention to detail, and high-initiative 
• Willing to be placed at Warehouse or Head Office (BSD)

2. MATERIAL CONTROLLER SITE

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any Engineering discipline or equivalent 
• Min. 1 year of experience as Material Controller in the EPC, experience in renewable energy sector is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft office, as well as other Engineering software
• Self-management, good attention to detail, and high-initiative 
• Willing to be placed all over Indonesia

3. SCAFFOLDER

Requirements:

• Minimum education SMU in Engineering or equivalent
• Min. 2 years of experience as Scaffolder
• Have a Scaffolder Technician K3 certificate from Kemnaker
• Understand the calculation of Scaffolding material needs and Scaffolding Installation
• Experienced working in PLTS / PLTU / PLN / Tall Building projects, will be preferred
• Willing to be placed all over Indonesia

4. FORKLIFT OPERATOR

Requirements:

• Minimum education SMU in Engineering or equivalent
• Min. 2 years of experience as Forklift Operator
• Have an active Forklift Operator SIO certificate
• Experienced working in PLTS / PLTU / PLN / Tall Building projects, will be preferred
• Willing to be placed all over Indonesia

5. QC INSPECTOR

Requirements:

• Minimum education SMU in Engineering or equivalent
• Min. 3 years of experience as QC in the EPC, experience in renewable energy sector is preferred
• Have an active Welding Inspector certificate is preferred Experienced working in PLTS / PLTU / PLN / Tall Building projects, will be preferred
• Willing to be placed all over Indonesia

6. JUNIOR QC ENGINEER

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor (S1) in Electrical Engineering
• 1 year experienced, but Fresh Graduate are also welcomed
• Good interpersonal skill, with the ability to forge productive working relationships with all personnel
• Able to work on own initiative and within a team
• Willing to be placed all over Indonesia

7. SAFETYMAN

Requirements:

• Minimum education SMU in Engineering or equivalent
• Min. 1 year of experience as Safetyman
• Have certified TKBT2 (mandatory)
• Detail oriented, able to multitask and well organized
• Willing to be placed all over Indonesia

8. HSE OFFICER

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Public Health - Occupational health and safety or equivalent
• Min. 1 year of experience as HSE Officer
• Have certified AK3U & TKBT2 (mandatory)
• Detail oriented, able to multitask and well organized
• Experienced working in PLTS / PLTU / PLN / Tall Building projects, will be preferred
• Willing to be placed all over Indonesia

9. ADMIN SITE

Requirements:

• Minimum education SMU in Office Administration, Accounting or equivalent
• 1-2 years experienced, but Fresh Graduate are also welcomed
• Able to use Microsoft Office (Provided by certification will be A plus point)
• Able to work fast, multitasking and time management skills
• Detail oriented, able to multitask and well organized
• Domiciled in Riau (Perawang) is preffered
• Willing to be placed all over Indonesia
