HSE Lead
- Proficiency in utilizing MS Office suite and electronic communication tools
- Advanced knowledge and application of HSE principles, regulations, and best practices and experience in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and implementing corrective measures
- Proven experience managing a diverse workforce and collaborating effectively with cross- functional teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills for providing guidance, support, and leadership in resolving HSE- related matters and strong communication skills to effectively convey HSE policies, procedures, and standards to all levels of the organization.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for employees on HSE policies, procedures, and standards
- Execute regular audits of company operations to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and internal policies and ability to develop and implement HSE improvement plans based on audit findings
- Coordinate effectively with various departments to resolve HSE concerns and implement preventive measures
- Proficiency in data analysis to assess trends, risks, and performance metrics for reporting purposes and prepare detailed reports on HSE performance, incidents, and compliance for project management and regulatory bodies.
- Holding AK3 Kemenaker Certificate
General Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or Minimum diploma (D3) in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience operating a similar role
- Bilingual in English and Indonesian & Proficiency MS Office Application.
- Prioritize in Batam domicile
- Must be able to work independently or Team Work
- Attention to detail, strive for quality, good communication skill, hard worker and strong integrity.
