1. Human Capital Officer
Job Desc:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making recommendations for hiring decisions
- Collaborate with department managers to identity staffing needs and ensure timely filling of vacant positions
- Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees to introduce them to the company culture, policies, and procedures, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
- Identity training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs
- Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization's compliance
- Assist in the preparation of reports for regulatory bodies and audits
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology
- Proven experience in human resources, preferably as an HR Generalist or Officer (1-2 years experience)
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Maintain the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office applications
2. Full Stack Developer Analyst
Job Desc:
- Develops mobile applications with a focus on hybrid frameworks such as Cordova, Expo, and React Native
- Manages the release process for mobile apps on the Google Play Store
- Demonstrates proficiency in web markup languages including HTML5 and CSS3
- Utilizes modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Applies a basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms such as LESS and SASS
- Implements knowledge of multiple back-end languages such as PHP and JavaScript frameworks like Node.js
- Works with various databases including MySQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB.
- Collaborates effectively with RESTful APIs in development projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Bootcamp in software engineering or a related field is required
- 1-2 years of experience in software development
- Experience with React, Express, Node, and SQL databases
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in teams
- Work experience in rental and automotive industry will be a plus
