1. PLANNING ENGINEER
Job Description:
- 'WBS' preparation and analysis for the same at different levels. As- signing of the 'task codes' for different activities based upon the WBS at the various levels.
- Co-ordination with project team at site for Weekly Progress Re- ports specially meant for client including Overall Progress S-Curve indicating the 'real position' & 'lag' (if any) of the project considering construction, procurement and off site activities.
- To prepare and monitor a CPM schedule under guidance of Project Manager/Project Control Manager for the project to identify the re- sources and time required to complete the project. Perform sensi- tivity analysis on the CPM schedule to determine potential areas of slippage and corrective action to be taken.
- Co-ordination with project team and subcontractor/vendor at site in finalization of Monthly Progress Report by providing required data & information to them.
- Preparation and monitoring project S-Curve and progress report.
- Preparation bidding schedule.
- Creation man-hours histogram.
- Review DPR for site/offshore.
- Coordination with engineering, procurement, installation and other department regarding progress, reports and schedule.
- Recording and preparation of weekly MOM with Client.
- Prepare project performance report (progress and schedule analysis) for management review.
- Prepare and Submission of Weekly/Monthly project reports on timely.
- Prepare back-document for monthly invoicing to client.
- Subcontractor's progress and schedule analyse progress.
Minimum Requirements:
- Indonesian Citizen, Min. Bachelor Degree in relevant major
- 6-8 Year experience in EPCI offshore projects with minimum 3 year experience in offshore EPCI company
- Excellent knowledge in Primavera P6 and Ms Project
- Excellent knowledge of computer Ms Office tools i.e word, excel, power point etc.
- Has a good leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- Able to work with a dynamic and multi-cultural work environment

2. LEAD PIPELINE ENGINEER
Job Description:
- Lead and Supervise Pipeline engineering team Identify risk related to Pipeline engineering
- Review Pipeline deliverables for project
- Prepare Pipeline deliverables related to procurement support of Pipeline scope
- Prepare and Coordinate procurement support activities such as TBE, CBE
- Review Vendor Data
- Ensure all deliverables issued by internal as well as by Subcontractor team comply with applicable requirement
- Ensure quality of all deliverables issued by internal as well as by Subcontractor team are of good standard
- Support Operation/Installation
- Maintain database of reports and calculation sheet for Pipeline engineering
- Communicate/Interface with relevant parties
- Reporting to Engineering Manager
- Offshore Support, if requested
- Actively participate in the discipline initiatives
Minimum Requirement:
- Minimum 10 Years of experience for Pipeline engineering offshore Minimum 2 years as Lead for Pipeline engineering offshore Engineering degree from reputable university
- Proficient with Autopipe software
- Proficient with FatFree software Good English writing and speaking
- Good Communication
- Familiar with industry codes, standards, and design guidelines related to Pipeline engineering

3. LEAD ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Job Description:
- Having responsible for the executions of all Electrical design engineering work and will support the project team in any tasks which require engineering input for project execution and tender-proposal package.
- Having responsible for change control, the progress of the electrical engineering deliverables, provision of document status and as- sessment of vendor data for material and equipment acquisitions.
- Prepare Electrical Engineering documents (Reports & Study, Specifications, List; Data sheet, Diagram; Drawing MTOS) related to Electrical design
- Participate in engineering and project meeting
- Interface with QA/QC, procurement and planning in preparing engi- neering documents
- Provide input regarding progress of electrical engineering deliverables, document status
- 1st reviewer on Electrical Design Basis; List; Calculation; Specification; Diagram; Drawing
- 1st reviewer on Design Calculation; Data Sheet; Study Report 1st reviewer on RFQ; TBE; VDR Electrical Equipment
- Coordinate information transfer within Electrical Group
- 1st reviewer on FEED Documentation from Clients
- 1st Reviewer on Calculation Report
- Perform an inter-discipline check with related discipline as per agreed deliverable list matrix
- 1st Reviewer on Vendor Drawing and documents
Minimum Requirement:
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) / SI degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum having Eight (8) years of Project engineering experience including at least four (45) years of which at Senior Position of Offshore Oil & Gas processing facilities design, construction and fabrication experience.
- Minimum experience as Senior Electrical Engineer for EPCI Company of Offshore Oil & Gas in the last 4 years.
- Minimum 4 years working experience in supervising a group of Engineering Team from various level (e.g. Engineers; Designers)
- Have excellent knowledge for multi-discipline in Electrical Engineering included international
- Engineering codes & standards; Proven in using Electrical Soft- ware; strong supervisory capability, high skills for facilitation & coordination, mentoring & coaching also networking
- Having excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

4. EXPEDITOR
Job Description:
- Carry out all expediting activities for material and equipment
- Maintain an effective working relationship with all members in company and interfacing organizations
- Achieve the target within given time
- Able to handle multi task
- Organize Kick Off Meeting (KOM)
- Evaluates production schedules and progress reports from sup- pliers to determine if their programs and work progress meet project requirements
- Expedite the flow of vendor engineering and quality key documents ie. drawings, data sheet, Inspection and Test Plan etc. that are necessary for the project to proceed with procurement, fabrication stages
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems
- Identifying fabrication bottle necks analysis to provide input and recommendation for better performance, knowledge and experience in overall materials procurement aspects and aware- ness to some familiarity with other fabrication aspects such as vendor's quality surveillance
- Coordinates with Quality Control on matters of inspection plans, shop witness testing and arrange Factory Acceptance Test until get Inspection Release Note from Quality Control Department
- Alert to management if there's any critical issues
- Ensure all shipping documents and licenses required for the purchased equipment and material is provided in a timely manner
- Reviews material receiving reports against shipping documents to verify that material has been received at jobsite. Assists in tracing missing material.
- Provide updated Expediting status report (ESR) to convey the current status of the orders
- Participate in the overall vendor performance evaluation
Minimum Requirement:
- Diploma/ Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Min 5 years of experience in EPCI offshore in oil and gas industry.
- Must be a strong minded person with the ability to handle numerous on- going expediting problems which happen on a daily basis.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and must have Microsoft Office ap- plications skills.
- Flexibility to work long hours when required

5. SENIOR BUYER
Job Description:
- Prepare and conduct prequalification suppliers comply with project requirement.
- Prepare recommendation for buying to project management based on the commercial bid evaluation (CBE) as scheduled
- Provide proper Purchase Order (PO) and its term conditions, with adequate information and acceptance by vendor.
- Ensuring that all required Quality requirement, Health Safety Environment (HSE) measures are in place, understood and implement- ed by all supplier.
- Understanding on the company policy and regulation and project procedures and specification.
- Provide closed out PO.
- To prepare and submit for approval the tender plan for the group packages of long-lead items both procurement of materials and company's Procurement policies
- To execute the tender plan once approved by getting attended to all the procurement process: preparation of RFQ, bid organization & clarification, evaluation, contract negotiation till the purchase order awarded
- To monitor the payment milestones according to the signed P.O.(s)
- To monitor the delivery of all data of the purchased equipment and materials from the vendors

- Min 5 years of experience in EPCI offshore in oil and gas industry
