Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Having experiences in recruitment, talent acquisition, people search, and related fields
- Familiar with psychological testing, assessment tools, and Microsoft office
- Have positive attitude & able to withstand under pressure
- Good communication (written and oral), presentation, and interpersonal relation skills
- Willing to be placed in PT Tirta Fresindo Jaya, West Java
