1. Mechanical Supervisor, Operations
Lead and supervise the mechanical team in new construction and repair projects. Direct workshop foremen, ensuring adherence to proper operating procedures. Provide instructions and prescribe specifications for repair, maintenance, and equipment modification tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise, organize, and plan Mechanical activities to ensure smooth installation within the stipulated schedule.
- Ensure that manpower is effectively deployed to deliver the construction activities timely. Follow-up project schedule and reporting progress.
- Follow-up of all fabrication and mechanical installations and inspections.
- Supervise and arrange manpower for machinery, propulsion, installation, alignment and commissioning. Updating and reporting project progress reports and plan ahead of activities to be completed.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or relevant fields.
- High school and vocational school graduate with relevant experience are welcome.
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience and above in Mechanical installation.
- Must have technical knowledge on propulsion system installation and alignment. Proficient computer knowledge with Microsoft office required.
- Demonstrates excellent integrity and communication skills.
- Able to communicate in English.
2. Piping Supervisor
Oversees and manages the workload related to Piping for shipbuilding projects, providing effective supervision and guidance to workers, while enforcing procedures to support the project schedule and uphold quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of piping installations
- Monitor work progress, identify and rectify any deviations or defect and maintain accurate records of inspections and test result
- To monitor cost of associated with piping activities, ensuring work perform within budget
- Follow-up project schedule and reporting progress
- Responsible for the implementation of fabrication work processes, project procedures and instructions within assigned operations
- Provide solutions to subcontractor's problems in order to achieve the successful execution of the project
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or relevant fields
- High school and vocational school graduate with relevant experience are welcome.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the same position
- Knowledge of piping testing ang commissioning procedures is mandatory
- Understanding piping insulation and technique is in important for ensuring work process efficiency
- To ensure the design and installation meet requirements
- Demonstrates excellent integrity and communication skills
- Able to communicate in English
3. Mechanical Engineer
A mechanical engineer designs and develops new products, improves existing products, conducts tests and simulations, and supervises the production and implementation of mechanical systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Have knowledge in interpret drawings (General Arrangement Drawings, Basic Drawing, Detail/ Production Drawing)
- Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.
- Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs.
- Creating plans and designs using CAD technology.
- Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project.
- Ensuring that products meet compliance regulations.
- Collaborating with project managers and other engineers in our team.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or relevant fields
- High school and vocational school graduate with relevant experience are welcome Minimum 2 years of working experience as Mechanical Drafter in a shipyard Able to operate AutoCAD System and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrates excellent integrity and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Proficiently plan, design drawings, and manage projects Requires a proven ability preparation of steel weight report.
- Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
4. HVAC Drafter
To support and strengthen newly formed shipyard engineering team to interprets drawings and prepares HVAC plans and reports. Collaborates with Team Leader to support project design deliverables and technical aspects.
Job Responsibilities
- Have knowledge in interpret drawings (General Arrangement Drawings, Basic Drawing, Detail/ Production Drawing)
- Detailing of HVAC and Ducting AutoCAD) according to base drawing and class regulations.
- Coordinate with Project to prepare drawing and distribute drawing.
- Preparation of drawing report (document control)
- Update as-build drawing.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant fields
- High school and vocational school graduate with relevant experience are welcome
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as HVAC Drafter in a shipyard
- Able to operate AutoCAD System and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrates excellent integrity and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Proficiently plan, design drawings, and manage projects
- Requires a proven ability preparation of steel weight report
5. Inspector, QC Electrical
Ability to measure the function and as related to the installation of major and minor electrical materials and equipment within the specific project.
Job Responsibilities
- Follow up daily inspection schedule, monitor and report Quality observation.
- Prepare and document related to inspection.
- Inspecting request item using appropriate method, such as comparing to standard of electrical instrument, and examining functionality.
- Checking that the installation and all instrument materials meet to standard & procedure and complying with legal requirements.
- Program other duties as assigned by the superior as needed.
- Other task given based on the requirement and business needed.
- Work/report in daily jobs closely with superior.
- To follow safety rule and regulation set refer to OHS & quality policies.
- Do activities base on instruction of direct superior.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant fields.
- High school and vocational school graduate with relevant experience are welcome.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the same position at Shipyard newbuild project.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Demonstrates excellent integrity and communication skills.
- Able to communicate in English.
