Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/ Law/ Management
- Have experience min. 1 year in the same field (Fresh Graduate are very welcome)
- Understanding about labor laws and regulations
- Have good communication skills and able to speak English (written and speaking)
- Want to learn and willing to work under pressure
- Willing to join ASAP and work in Batang, Central Java
Job Description :
- Responsible for HR Administration, Employee Relation
- Create and update employee data archives
- Check and create employee attendance reports
- Make Employment Agreements for New Employees and Performance Appraisal
