1. SENIOR MINE ENGINEER
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Pertambangan / Geologi / Sejenis
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Superintendent / Department Head Engineering di Industri Kontraktor Batu Bara minimal 3 tahun
- Memiliki kemampuan dan pengetahuan terkait Mining Software
- Familiar dalam menyiapkan data untuk keperluan pelaporan ke ESDM dan RKAB
- Memiliki sertifikasi minimal POP
- Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang baik dan mampu mengarahkan kerja tim
- Bersedia di tempatkan di Head Office Jakarta
Job Description:
- Membuat forecast LOM dan berkoordinasi dengan team eksplirasi untuk pemetaan SDA baru dan Qualty.
- Membuat weekly, monthly, yearly plan (Forecast and Sequence)
- Membantu KTT untuk menyiapkan data-data report Triwulan, RKAB
- Berkoordinasi dengan Plant Superintendent untuk mendapatkan informasi Performance Equipment sebagai acuan dalam penyusunan forcast produksi
2. IT SUPPORT
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Engineering, Information system, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role
- Proficiency in LAN and WAN networking, as well as Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with end-users
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Prior experience in troubleshooting computer system is a plus
Job Description:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in- person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting network connectivity problems
- Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT equipment and peripherals
- Ducate end-users on proper computer usage and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
