Graduate Development Programme 2024
The Indonesia Graduate Development Programme (GDP) is a competency framework which supports development needs, highlights experience gaps, enhances knowledge and gains firsthand experience for graduates. The GDP hiring date will only be from April 2024 onwards with the programme officially starts on August 2024 for the next 24 months. Our Graduates all enjoy:

Qualifications
- An Indonesian.
- Have obtained an undergraduate degree in a relevant field since 2022, or will graduate before August 2024.
- Have a strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Are clearly motivated for joining the construction industry at Turner & Townsend, specifically.
- Are passionate about pursuing a career in the discipline for which you are applying.
- Possess a growth-mindset and a love for learning on the job.
Graduate Project Management
- Degree in civil, mechanical, electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge of main project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
- Team player with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
Graduate Cost Management
- Degree in quantity surveying, civil, mechanical, electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge of main cost management concepts, tools and techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment as part of a committed team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
