1. PROCUREMENT LEAD

Responsibilities
  • Coordination with the regional operations team to define and implement new initiatives and operation flows
  • Coordination and execution of the procurement of all goods & materials for Indonesian stores in cooperation with Purchasing Executives
  • Coordination with the regional supply chain & operations teams to define and implement new initiatives
  • Stock Replenishment of Main Warehouse (includes: Inventory forecasting, processing of Purchase Request & Purchase Orders)
  • Strong focus on sourcing and supporting new supplier relationships to ensure FC can effectively improve our product offerings in our Stores
  • Store inventory management, with the support of store staff
  • On-going maintenance and updating of operations systems
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-4 years experience in similar or other Supply Chain related role
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia language is required
  • Very structured and organized
  • Familiar with Supply Chain
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Able to multitask in all aspects of business operations
  • Mind set on operational excellence, with supreme attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a high paced & demanding environment
  • Good to have experience in a start-up or Retail/FMCG industry

3. LOGISTIC INTERN

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Logistics Executives to ensure all logistic processes from ordering products and arranging delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of goods to all stores.
  • Carrying out ad-hoc deliveries from warehouse/ distribution center to stores
  • Work closely with logistics executives in ensuring specification of goods, quantity, and delivery destination, especially in cold chain areas.
  • Coordinate with the Operation team and Logistics executives to monitor and support stores.
  • Work closely with logistic executives for end to end logistic administrative; delivery order, delivery notes.
Requirements
  • You are a current or recent student in business administration, general management or international business, (process) engineering or related field
  • Good command of English both spoken and written
  • Good command in excel and data analysis
  • Able to multitask in all aspects of business operations
  • Mind set on operational excellence, with supreme attention to detail
  • Strong communication skill, interpersonal skill, problem solving skill and positive decision making

4. SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with company goals and objectives.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms,
  • Manage day-to-day activities on social media channels, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends.
  • Cultivate and grow our social media community by fostering meaningful interactions and building relationships with followers and influencers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate social media campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, including algorithm changes and platform updates, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Generate reports and presentations to communicate social media performance and insights to key stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the social media landscape.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Film or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and community management.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

5. OFFLINE MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive events and activations strategy that encompasses a diverse range of experiences, including product launches, promotional events, experiential activations, community gatherings, and social impact initiatives.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event and activation planning and execution, including concept development, venue selection, logistics, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site coordination.
  • Cultivate and nurture a strong and engaged community around our brand by facilitating meaningful interactions, fostering connections, and providing value-added experiences and resources.
  • Develop and implement community engagement initiatives, including offline activities, user-generated content programs, and loyalty programs.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and KPIs for events, activations, and community engagement efforts, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, sponsors, partners, influencers, and community leaders, to enhance collaboration and support for events, activations, and community initiatives.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and advocate for our brand within the community, representing our values, mission, and vision in all interactions and engagements.
Requirements

6. ASSISTANT CAMPAIGN MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including offline, 3PD (3rd Party Delivery), push notification, email marketing, print collaterals, and events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaign briefs, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and goals.
  • Coordinate campaign logistics, including scheduling, asset creation, content development, and distribution across relevant channels.
  • Support the production of marketing materials, such as promotional content, landing pages, and email newsletters, in collaboration with creative and design teams.
  • Assist in monitoring campaign performance and analytics, tracking key metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, and providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners involved in campaign execution, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Requirements

7. QA/QC EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities
  • Supports the documentation, implementation and updating of Quality Assurance and Quality Control operating procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
  • Assist, collaborate, and support to approve qualified products or reject defectives
  • Prepare Quality Deviation Report and reject rate for internal process in order to improve quality standards
  • Conduct periodic internal audits related to QAQC standard compliance
  • Conducting of store audit based on QAQC checklist, report and follow up the corrective action within the timeline
  • Supports cross-functional project teams to ensure business initiatives and/or new market openings meet Quality, Product Safety and Food Regulatory Standards
  • Supports investigation and troubleshooting of quality, food safety and/or food regulatory issues arising from internal team,
  • customers, retail stores or regulators. Supports implementation of corrective actions and procedure improvements to resolve issues
  • Supports review and/or updating of company operating procedures, training programs, resource manuals, standards manuals and operational tools related to food safety, sanitation, and food regulatory compliance 
  • Part of Halal Management team to develop halal assurance system and maintain according to the standard
Requirements
  • At least 1 year experience as QA/QC in Food & Beverage industry
  • Familiarity with food regulations including: BPOM standard, food and non food product safety, product labelling or nutrition science
  • Ability to multitask and to maintain attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to make progress when faced with ambiguous or unstructured situations
  • Knowledge of food technology, food microbiology, safe food handling procedures and foodservice sanitation practices
  • Knowledge of Halal Assurance System
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP principles
  • Ability to conduct quality assurance system audits
  • Ability to organize collection of data, analyze information and capture conclusions

8. AREA MANAGER (JABODETABEK)

Responsibilities
  • Participate in the launch strategy of stores for the company.
  • Monitor KPIs for operations.
  • Manage a quickly-growing team of operators in several locations.
  • Oversee the day-to-day work and operations of store employees to ensure standards and guidelines are followed.
  • Manage employee schedules, to include setting hours and timesheets.
  • Identify operational and/or employee related issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Creative thinking on how to achieve sales.
Requirements
  • At least have 3+ years as Area Manager & Retail Management experience.
  • You are results-driven and understand the importance of reporting on performance.
  • A proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and are able to manage tight deadlines in high-pressure situations.
  • You are a good communicator and leader.
  • You communicate clearly and effectively in English.
  • Experience in FnB or Retail is a plus.
  • Tech Savvy, computer literate and understands google sheets.
  • Strongly self-motivated, to include studying and maintaining working knowledge of industry standards and trends
