1. OPERATION MANAGER

Qualifications:
  • At least have bachelor's degree in Business/ Management/ Engineering.
  • Have 5-7 years experience in Mining/ Oil & Gas/ Property/ Investment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Familiar with the design of SOPs and work instructions to improve workflow and compliance.
  • Domiciled in JABODETABEK.

  • Skilled in during efficiency, implementing strategies and fostering cross departmental collaboration to achieve company goals.
  • Spearheaded operational initiatives across multiple subsidiaries within the holding company.
  • Developed and implemented streamlined processes resulting in business process, also evaluation.
  • Skilled in overseeing production, optimizing processes, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Monitoring and managed in bigger picture within nickel production, oil and goals.

Qualifications:
  • D3/S1 in Business management / secretary or related major
  • Have 2-3 years of working experience as secretary of director
  • Have skills in Scheduling, Reporting, Monitoring, Controlling and Filtering
  • Have good communication skills with internal and external parties
  • Willing to go on business trips out of town

Job Descriptions:
  • Accommodate all activities of the Director
  • Scheduling and organizing meetings or conferences held both internally and externally
  • Responsible for creating, managing, maintaining and storing all forms of documents, such as; correspondence, contracts and other important documents
  • Prepare letters, presentations, e-mails, announcements and other things needed by management

3. PROCUREMENT SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in any major
  • At least have 3 years of working experience as procurement
  • Have working experience in mining or construction industry
  • Have ability to analyze the price trends
  • Have competencies such as negotiation skill, supply chain management, vendor management, procurement planning and leadership skill
Job Description:
  • Responsible for conduct, control and supervise the procurement of goods and services
  • Planning and managing the estimated quantity of goods to be purchased
  • Checking the completeness of goods and services procurement documents accompanied by supporting evidence
  • Make reports on the procurement of goods and services
  • Supervise the process of negotiating contracts with suppliers in each purchase transaction

4. BUSINESS ANALYST

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor in Mathematics, Statistics, Management, or a related major.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Business Analyst (mining industry will be an advantage)
  • Good at data analytics (using Python or other data analysis software) and project management.
Job Descriptions:
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Determine business goals and identify challenges faced by the organization.
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify potential improvements in efficiency or effectiveness.
  • Analyze production and operational costs.
  • Present findings and recommendations through data visualization.
  • Develop solutions or recommendations that suit business needs.
  • Analyze the supply chain from exploration to distribution, especially mining products.
  • Design and present operational and financial performance reports.
  • Develop strategies for risk mitigation.

5. MINE OPERATION OFFICER

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management / Industrial Engineering / Mining Engineering or related major
  • Have 2-3 years experience (mining industry is a must)
  • Understand supply chain management.
  • Experienced in analyzing data (ERP is a plus)
Job Descriptions:
  • Evaluate market demand and develop appropriate inventory plans.
  • Assess and select appropriate suppliers to meet company needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as production, marketing, and finance, to ensure effective coordination.
  • Ensure the materials and goods needed for operations are available without excess inventory.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Coordinate delivery, storage, and distribution of goods.
  • Provide operational support to customer service teams.

6. HC OPERATION OFFICER

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or Economics.
  • At least have 1-3 years of working experience as an HC Generalist, HCIS, or HC Admin.
  • Have good knowledge about compensation, benefits, and payroll.
  • Have experience using Talenta (by Mekari), Edabu, SIPP, etc.
  • Have certifications in HC will be preferred.
Job Descriptions:
  • Maintain and manage overall employee data in the Human Capital Information System (HCIS).
  • Handle administration related to employee benefits (health insurance, welfare programs, and BPJS).
  • Monitor and manage data on employee attendance, leave, permits, and overtime.
  • Process and ensure the payroll process runs smoothly and accurately.
  • Provide administrative support in terms of employee relations management including related forms.
  • Manage all administration documents of HCGA (such as employment contracts, employee data, performance records, and related documents).
