1. Global Mobility Service [Tax] Specialist (Jakarta)

Job Desc:
  • Preparing and calculating Indonesia Individual Tax Return
  • Deep understanding PPH 24 and PPH 21/26
  • Understanding and researching on tax laws
  • Understanding E-FIN and Tax ID Registration
  • Understanding Tax treaty Implementation
  • Ensure the formulation and calculation of Indonesia Individual Tax Return
  • Identify Benefit in kind (Natura) and Personal Income worldwide
Requirements:
  • Bachelors in Accounting or Tax
  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Hold Brevet Certificate A and B
  • Hold Certificate of USKP would be preferable

2. Accounting & Payroll Specialist (Jakarta & Surabaya)

Job Desc:
  • Input and ensure that all general ledger accounts and subsidiary ledger records are updated and accurate and provides timely reporting of all financial information.
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Timely and accurately processing the payroll calculation, ensuring there are best practice checks and controls in the process to ensure an efficient, accurate payroll process and BPJS process
  • Ensure all payroll queries are handled in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure appropriate authorization of overtime sheets, timesheets, payroll payments and changes to payroll data.
  • Ensure there is always confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
  • Keep up to date with payroll legislative changes.
  • Ensure compliance with Payroll tax and BPJS obligations.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Finance - General/ Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Job Desc:

Requirements:

Job Desc:
  • Manage various permits, including Business Identification Number (NIB), Building Permit (PBG), Land and Building Tax (PBB), and more.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings with government institutions such as BKPM etc .
  • Maintain and update licenses related to business activities, including investment reports (LKPM) and API-P, Free Trade Zone, etc.
  • Handle permits for foreign workers, including Working Permit.
  • Ensure accessible and searchable storage of printed and digital documents.
  • Stay informed about and update all company-related information in accordance with regulations and ensure compliance of the client.
  • Coordinate with all departments for legal document completion in company registration activities.
  • Act as a company representative, communicating project progress to clients and offering solutions as needed.
