SUPERINTENDENT - EXTERNAL RELATION & CSR
Reqruirement
- Bachelor's degree in any field of study.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar role within the mining, EPC industry, and/or plantation industry with a strong track record of developing and executing successful external relations and corporate social responsibility strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian regulatory environment and cultural norms related to the mining, EPC and/or plantation industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, NGOs, and media outlets.
- Experience managing community development programs, social and environmental impact assessments, and other sustainability initiatives within the mining and/or EPC industry.
- Willing to be placed and or assigned in all working areas of PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk & Group.
