1. FINANCE, ACCOUNTING, & TAX HEAD

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze accounting and financial data, and produce financial reports or statements.
  • Create consolidated financial reports.
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
  • Coordinate with the auditor to complete annual audits.
  • Provide recommendations to the Board of Directors.
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
  • Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Meet financial accounting objectives.
  • Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document the transactions.
Requirements:
  • Hold min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance from reputable universities, with min. GPA 3.00 (in scale of 4.00).
  • Proven working experience min. 5 years as Accounting Manager/Finance Manager/FAT Manager, preferably in mining or plantation industries.
  • Experienced in working on Public Company and creating consolidation reports. Experience as an auditor will be an advantage.
  • Taxation Brevet certified.
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software & databases, and familiar with SAP.
  • Possess ability to manage large amounts of data.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, and possess good analytical thinking.
  • Proven ability to direct and supervise.
  • Able to take decisive decisions and offer problem solving.
  • Good team player, possess ability to handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority, demonstrate capability to meet required project timeframes.
  • Willing to be placed at Head Office, Jakarta.

Job Desc:

Qualifications you must have:

3. SHIPPING & LOGISTICS

What you would do:
  • Monitoring daily breakbulk (cargo)/shipping operational activities to ensure all procedures comply with operational standards.
  • Responsible for laytime calculations and claims, preparing charter parties and freight payments.
  • Monitor ship positions, ship operations, and tenders for ships or barges.
  • Ensure loading activities run smoothly and all the documents are properly done.
  • Ensure all elements comply with customs regulations and other related regulations.
  • Planning barge operations for cargo export/import.
  • Prepare and analyze management reports and data as required.
Qualifications you must have:
  • Min. Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Transportation Management or related fields from reputable universities, with min. GPA 3.00 (in scale of 4.00).
  • Proven working experience min. 2 years as Shipping Staff/Logistics Staff, preferably in coal mining.
  • Experienced in coordinating and handling shipping traffic.
  • Experienced in using MOMS and EPNBP Minerba applications.
  • Proven knowledge and updates on laws and regulations, especially related to the MINERBA.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, and possess good analytical thinking.
  • Good team player, possess ability to handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority, demonstrate capability to meet required project timeframes.
  • Can join ASAP.
  • Willing to be placed at Head Office, Jakarta.

4. CORPORATE SECRETARY

What you would do:
  • Stay updated on capital market developments, especially laws and regulations related to the capital market.
  • Coordinate the socialization of new laws and regulations, also request suggestions and recommendations from the GCG Committee regarding the implementation of compliance and GCG.
  • Provide data and inputs to the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners to comply with the laws and regulations in the capital market.
  • Assist the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners in implementing GCG which includes:
    • Information disclosure to the public
    • Timely submission of required reports for Issuers or Public Companies to authorized government agencies
    • Organizing and documenting the General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS)
    • Organizing and documenting company's Management Meetings, including but not limited to Directors Meetings and Board of Commissioners Meetings
    • Implementation of company orientation program for members of the Board of Directors and/or Board of Commissioners
  • As a liaison between the company and the company's shareholders, OJK, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications you must have:
  • Min. Bachelor's Degree in Law/ Management/ Business or related majors from reputable universities, with min. GPA 3.00 (in scale of 4.00).
  • Proven working experience min. 3 years as Corporate Secretary, preferably in mining or plantation industries.
  • Experience in creating quarterly and annual reports.
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office and familiar with IDXNet, XBRL, & e-KSEI/e-RUPS.
  • Proven knowledge and updates on laws and regulations, especially related to the capital market.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, and possess good analytical thinking.
  • Able to make decisive decisions and offer problem-solving.
  • Good team player, possess ability to handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority, demonstrate capability to meet required project timeframes.

5. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to BOD

What you would do:
  • Organizing Directors' appointments and other schedule.
  • Organizing Directors' personal and administrative needs.
  • Preparing and managing correspondences, reports, and documents needed.
  • Join the meetings, provide a well-organized MoM (Minutes of Meeting) and other documentation needed.
  • Assist the Directors with any occasions (ex: meeting with clients, visiting exhibitions, business trips, etc.).
  • Ensure strict confidentiality in managing all activities.·
  • Responsible for other secretarial matters, administrative-related matters, and also General Affairs matters.
  • Liaise effectively with internal Divisions/Departments and external organization as instructed by the Directors.
Qualifications you must have:
  • Min. Bachelor's Degree in Business or Financial Management or related fields from reputable universities, with min. GPA 3.00 (in scale of 4.00).
  • Proven working experience min. 2 years as Secretary/Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant to BOD, preferably in mining industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Fluent in English (ability in other languages is a plus).
  • Able to use Microsoft Office programs (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Communicative, strong multi-tasking and planning capabilities.
