During our 12-month program, you will join a class of other ambitious Trainees to learn directly from Kraft Heinz leaders, explore all areas of our organization to see exactly how the Heinz ketchup gets made and have multiple opportunities to work directly in our business and gain leadership and cross-functional exposure. As a Kraft Heinz Trainee you will make valuable contributions as a full-time employee from day one; doing real work, delivering real results and having a real impact on our business.
Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor's degree from reputable University, with minimum GPA3.30 out of 4.00
- Will be graduating max. in August 2024 or graduated on or after 2023 from any major
- Max. working experience 2 years after graduation
- Fluent in English - oral and written
- Ability and willingness to relocate (if required)
- Have strong leadership capabilities
