Fasilitas IEG seluas 150.000 kaki2 berlokasi di Kabil Integrated Industrial Estate (KIIE). Berlokasi strategis di pesisir timur Pulau Batam, Indonesia. Fasilitas kami di Indonesia dilengkapi dengan baik untuk pengelasan, permesinan, peledakan permukaan, pengecatan, pengujian, perbaikan dan modifikasi peralatan ladang minyak dan kelautan.
Terlebih lagi, operasi IEG di luar negeri di KIIE, Batam, merupakan hal yang ideal dan integral dalam melayani industri minyak & gas global di kawasan Asia Pasifik. Operasi kami di Indonesia tidak hanya memberikan kemudahan akses logistik ke pasokan dan distributor di Singapura, namun juga bertindak sebagai pintu gerbang ke blok minyak & gas Indonesia serta proyek minyak & gas di sepanjang garis pantai utara Australia.

LOGISTIC OFFICER
- Diploma/ Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Logistics related studies.
- 2-3 years relevant working experience in the oil and gas sector
- Must have strong analytical skills and technical proficiency
- Knowledge of logistics processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Pro-active and solution/target oriented
- Must be able to speak English fluently and Mandarin will be a plus.
- Expertise in Ms. Office
- Coordinate inbound and outbound container shipments with yard operation.
- Ensure efficient execution of imports (including monitoring and local clearance)
- Create relevant documentation (invoices, packing list, etc) for exports.
- Execute administrational logistics tasks as and when required.
- Support the annual full stock take.
- Archive all import, export and purchasing documents.
- Oversee day-to-day operations carried out by the transport and logistics function to ensure that every operational process of the company run smoothly and on target.
- Conduct risk analysis on every business process in the Transport & Logistics function.
