SUPERINTENDENT - PROCESS TECHNICAL SERVICES
Responsibilities
- Monitor and review technical parameters in the processing plant area
- Verifying the metallurgy laboratory tests and production reports to improve, optimize, and streamline the gold production process
- Monitor quality control of the sample's quality and quantity that is reported to interested parties so that the outcome data is more reliable
- Monitor and review the use of reagents and consumables in the Heap Leach Pad, Processing Plant, and Metallurgical Laboratory so the movement of reagents and consumables is balanced
- Develop gold production planning and gold processing costs
- Coordinate with geologists and mine engineers to achieve production targets
- Responsible for Continuous Improvement projects and planning other project opportunities
Requirements
- Min. S1 in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in gold mining industry is preferred
- Familiarity with the Mines Safety and Inspection Act and Regulations or equivalent
- Developed knowledge of metallurgical testing, reconciliation and process optimization
- High attention to detail, strong leadership, problem solving and organizational skill
- Have excellent skill to use Excel, VBA, PowerPoint
- This position works on a site with a roster system
