Lawson kemudian dibeli oleh Dairy Mart pada tahun 1975 dan membuka gerai pertamanya di Jepang pada tahun 1997 kemudian membuka cabang di Indonesia pada tahun 2011 dan kini memiliki lebih dari 83 gerai di Jawa dan Bali.

1. TALENT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Job Qualifications
  • S1 in any field (preferably Industrial Engineering/ Psychology/ Statistics). 
  • Minimum 1 year of experience (fresh graduates are welcome). 
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in data processing in Ms. Excel.
  • Able to operate Google Suites and GDS. 
  • Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.

2. MARKETING ANALYST

Job Qualifications
  • S1 in any field (preferably Marketing, Math, or Industrial Engineering).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field.
  • Has an understanding of data, competitive research, benchmarking and campaign marketing.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metric.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
Responsibilities
  • Conducting analysis of store sales data, identifying business opportunities, and presenting supporting data based on market analysis results.

3. RECRUITMENT & SELECTION SPECIALIST

Job Qualifications
  • S1 in Psychology. 
  • Minimum 1 year of experience (fresh graduates are welcome). 
  • Has an understanding of Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) and Competency Based Interview (CBI) methods.
  • Able to conduct psychological tests and perform scoring and interpretation.
  • Able to operate HRIS (Oracle) and proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiar with job portals (Jobstreet, Linkedin, etc.).
  • Hold driver's licenses (SIM A dan C).
  • Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.

4. IT DATABASE ADMINISTRATION

Job Qualifications
  • S1 in Information Technology, Information System or Computer Science.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in database administrator role. 
  • Have an understanding of DBMS (MySQL & Oracle).
  • Able to operate Linux, Cloud Storage, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
  • Able to deploy web-based applications and have an understanding of network fundamentals.
  • Have strong communication skill.
  • Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.

5. IT OFFICE SUPPORT

Job Qualifications
  • S1 in Information Technology, Information System (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Able to operate ORACLE, SQL, PHP, computer hardware. 
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Excel).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Able to drive motor vehicles (hold a SIM A and C).
  • Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
