PT. Long Daliq Primacoal merupakan anak perusahaan dari Andamas Group yang di miliki oleh Bapak H.Ir Andi Asmara yang mengawali kiprahnya di Industri bersama PT. Batubara Lahat yang beroperasi di tahun 2008 dan sebagai tambang pertama yang beroperasi di daerah lahat, Sumatera Selatan Indonesia.
Saat ini, PT. Long Daliq Primacoal telah merampungkan proyek logistik Kereta Api untuk meningkatkan rantai suplai Batubara.
PT Long Daliq Prima Coal juga menyediakan stockpile area untuk mengumpulkan dan menempatkan batubara dari banyak perusahaan tambang di Lahat, Sumatera Selatan, sebelum mengirimkan batubara tersebut ke pengguna akhir.

PT Long Daliq Primacoal saat ini sedang membuka kesempatan untuk posisi:
1. OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR
Responsible for supervising the operational processes of Coal Processing & Hauling at Coal Stockpile, including weighing activities of coal hauling results, coal dumping in the stockpile area, coal barging, and conveyor/jetty operational activities.
Requirements:
- Min. SMA/SMK
- Have min. 5 years of working experience as a Coal Processing Handling / Operation Supervisor in mining industry.
- Have experience handle and supervise barging process, stockpile management, quality control
- Minimum have POP certificate (have POM will be advantage)
- Willing to be placed at our site project (Lahat, South Sumatra)
- Able to join ASAP
2. HRD Supervisor
Responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, attendance management, and payroll processing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management,
- Min. 3 years of experience in a similar HR capacity.
- Strong communication skills, familiarity with TALENTA system, and an understanding of BPJS TK and BPJS Kes are essential.
- Proficient in salary calculation, PPH21, and the onboarding process.
- Have knowledge of conducting psycho tests and operating related systems is preferred.
- Willing to be placed at our site project (Lahat, South Sumatra)
