1. Calibration Technician Staff 

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma III in Electromedical Engineering
  • Minimum one year of experience in the same position
  • Good command of English (both oral and written)
  • Knowledge about medical devices
  • Placement: Jakarta
Responsibility:
  • Develop and create testing and calibration work methods
  • Compile and create test and calibration worksheets
  • Perform calibration testing activities and inspections of medical equipment maintenance
  • Generate test and calibration results reports and maintenance inspections

2. PJT/QA for Pharmaceutical Wholesaler

Requirements:
  • Maximum age 30 years
  • Bachelor of Pharmacist graduate, has an Active STRA
  • It is preferred to have active English language skills
  • Willing to work full time, Monday-Saturday.

Responsibility:
  • Assist the QA Manager to control all procedures through a documentation system, both in the preparation and implementation stages.
  • Responsible to the QA Manager/ Supervisor
  • Making coordination with other related parties for the implementation of the work
  • Responsible for all document control of the company's Quality Management System including ensuring the storage of documents related to the Quality Management System that are well manage documenting and following up with relevant departments in implementing revision/ updates to Quality Management System documents.
  • Documenting NCR and internal CAPA records and following up on closing NCR and CAPA to the relevant departments Follow up on the resolution of Customer Complaints that have been escalated to the relevant Departments
  • Review and update documents for maintenance and quality control
  • Carry out other relevant tasks according to QA Manager/ Supervisor instructions

3. Field Service Engineer Staff

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma III in Electro-medical Engineering (must have STR certification or registry license)
  • Minimum one year of experience in the same position
  • Good command of English (both oral and written)
  • Knowledge of Medical Devices
  • Placement: Jakarta, Sidoarjo, Kepulauan Riau, Sulawesi Utara (Manado), Kepri, Medan.
Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and perform preventive maintenance on medical devices
  • Ensure proper functioning of devices/equipment and spare parts
  • Ensure devices operate according to standards

4. Product Executive

Requirements:
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Biology, Pharmacist/ Chemistry
  • Maximum age of 30 years old
  • Minimum one year of experience in Life Science
  • Good understanding of English (both oral and written)
  • Presentation skills, negotiation skills, communicative, and disciplined
  • Target-oriented

Responsibility:
  • Create market analysis and promotion plans in the industry and institution sectors based on the yearly strategy by Sales & Marketing Manager.
  • Implement sales through the realization of promotional plans and follow-up actions.

Responsibility:
  • Checking the quantity and quality for each product related to the process of incoming and outgoing products in the warehouse.
  • Responsible for the implementation of the calibration equipment related with the quality
  • system in the warehouse.
  • To Analyze the results of the products' storage temperature monitoring.

6. Supply Chain Officer

Requirements
  • At least a Diploma degree from a reputable educational institution.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Fast learner, and confident in interacting with all levels internally and externally
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attractive appearance, and professional work attitude

Responsibilities:
  • Package and send goods to customers
  • Monitor temperature and humidity in the storage area
  • Clean the storage area
  • Ensure timely delivery of supplies, services, and equipment
  • Coordinate order placement for goods and services

  • Pack goods and clean the warehouse
  • Pack goods to be delivered to customers according to standard operating procedures

7. Sales Representative

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Maximum age of 30 years old
  • Experienced at least 1 year experience in Sales background or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Hospital Procurement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Required skills: Marketing, Presentation, Sales, Product Knowledge, Target-Oriented, sales technique/ Marketing.
  • Fluent in English (both oral and written)

8. Sales Supervisor

Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (Prefered Pharmacist /MIPA)
  • Maximal age 35 years old
  • Having minimum 4 experiences in the same field

  • Understand about Salesmenship/Marketing
  • Fluent in English (both oral & written)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Responsibility:
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules

  • Manage and maintain all General Affair asset (all Asset), including Office management, Asset Management, Warehouse)

Requirements:
