Job Description:
- Responsible in end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, selecting, interviewing and conducting psychological test to fill available position.
- Managing and ensure all employee database is updated and correctly inputted.
- Payroll management & all flow related to process.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, especially PPH 21.
- Implement and control BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related.
- Minimal 1 years in HR Generalist.
- Proficiency in BPJS, PPH 21 (Payroll & Taxation), and relevant government regulations.
- Proficiency in using Ms. Excel.
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Can join immediately.
