PT. Rainbow Tubulars Manufacture didirikan pada bulan Juni 2016. Mengkhususkan diri dalam pembuatan Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) untuk melayani Industri Minyak & Gas.
Fasilitas kami disertifikasi oleh API pada bulan Juli 2017 dan Sertifikasi ISO dengan: API-5CT ( Casing & Tubing ),
API-5L (Line Pipe), dan ISO-9001:2015 (Manajemen Mutu), ISO-14001:2015 (Lingkungan), dan ISO-45001:2018 (Sistem Manajemen Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja).
Sertifikat TKDN kami peroleh pada bulan April 2018, dan Sertifikat SKUP pada bulan Agustus 2018.

1. FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING STAFF
- S1 in Accounting
- At least 2 years work experience in Tax will be an advantage
- Familiar with Journal and Financial Report
- Familiar with software system (Accurate, ERP)
- Perform the tax calculation on daily transaction according to regulation
- Familiar with Tax Application, PPH & PPN
- Having experience to create monthly income tax & tax report
- Certified in Brevet A&B would be an advantage
- Must be able to work independently or Team Work
- Attention to detail, strive for quality, good communication skill, hard worker and strong integrity.
- All Applicants must have had certificate a BOOSTER vaccine
2. TRAINER
- Male/ Female
- Min. S1 in any major
- Familiar with ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018
- Minimum 1 years of experience in training development and activities.
- Certified TOT is an advantage
- Have experience in analyze gap competency, Training Needs Analysis, competency matrix and training record
- Have strong understanding of effective learning method and tools for instructional design and learning evaluation.
- Have experience with E-learning software would be an advantage.
- Have familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentation).
- Good Communication skill, Interpersonal Skill and Analytical Skill, presentation skills
- All Applicants must have had certificate a BOOSTER vaccine
3. HR STAFF
Female
- Min S1 Psychology/ Law/ Management
- Min 2 years experiences specializing in Human Resources
- Able to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage
- Strong knowledge in legal compliance matters
- Maintain the attendance of employee, overtime, annual leaves.
- Developing and implementing policies on a variety of workplace issues eg. disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions and performance management
- Assist HR Team to Establishing HR Management System and developing HR planning strategies
- Advanced computer skill in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point
- Strong in data analytic, reporting and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or others HR Software
- All Applicants must have had certificate a BOOSTER vaccine
4. HSE STAFF
Male,
- Min D3 Occupational Health and Safety/ Public Health/ Environmental Engineering
- Certified AK3U, Have Min 3 years experiences as HSE Staff
- Understand Civil works activities or project activity
- Understand the concepts and implementation of hazard risk analysis (HİRADC)
- Able to conduct Hazard Report
- Familiar with safe operational standard (Lifting rigging, Work at height, Hot work)
- Familiar with JSA Implementation
- Familiar with ISO 1900:2015, 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, SMK3
- Good Communication and Public speaking, Interpersonal Skill and Analytical Skill
- All Applicants must have had certificate a BOOSTER vaccine
