SENIOR HR STAFF
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage payroll and PPh 21 tax calculation.
- Maintain employee database.
- Support other ad-hoc HR activities, such as employee training and development, personnel administration, and industrial relations.
- Process HR data using Ms. Excel/Google Sheets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR.
- Understands recruitment process, payroll, PPh 21 tax calculation, and employee database.
- Experienced in resolving industrial relations issues.
- Proficient in using Ms. Excel/Google Sheets for data processing.
- Possesses good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Has a positive and proactive attitude.
- Placement North Petojo, Central Jakarta.
