ADMIN HRD
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree of Psychology/ Management/ Law.
- At least 2 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Development.
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience as HR Development in Coal Mining industry is highly desirable.
- PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of labor laws.
- Proven experience in assessing recruitment processes and talent management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the organizational structure, industry trends, and HR practices.
- Familiar with HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
Required Skill:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick and accurate decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to change and be flexible in a dynamic work environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willing to work under pressure
