1. INDUSTRIAL RELATION MANAGER
Job responsibilities:
- Expand social networks and establish positive political and business relationships;
- Coordinate with government departments such as immigration and police to maintain daily relationships;
- Follow up on major projects;
- Handling of various unexpected issues
Job responsibilities:
- Have 5-10 years work experience
- Having close relation with the government people
- Having a strong social resource and network of contacts, able to bring and mobilize resources;
- Having a background in government work and having good relationships with immigration and police departments.
2. BUSINESS ANALYST
Job responsibilities:
- Export the current situation and the pain point (obstacles) of the company finance, requirements and goals, and confirm the completeness and accuracy of the requirements;
- Attend training, participate in key user testing, record and track issues until they are resolved;
- Train other local users and answer their inquiries about business and financial processes, systems, and operational aspects of financial systems;
- Timely submit IT service work orders to headquarters for problems that cannot be solved by oneself, and track the progress of handling them;
- Continuously monitor the application of the financial system locally, submit IT service work orders in a timely manner in case of iteration requirements, and track develop-
Job responsibilities:
- Have experience min. 2 yrs
- Able to speak active English
- Interested in information systems and willing to actively learn about company information systems and process regulations
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with specific project management and organizational scheduling abilities
3. RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
Job responsibilities:
- Handle end to end recruitment
- Handle training payroll. compliance. Performance management,etc
- Handle all the administration data
Job responsibilities:
- Have 2 - 3 years work experience
- Having other HR related knowledge will be preferred
- Capable to communicate and develop good relationship with employers well
- Efficient execution and with clear working ideas
4. SERVICE MANAGER
Job Responsibilities:
- Service engineer management and service arrangement
- Ensure that heavy equipment is used safely and efficiently, in accordance with established safety guidelines
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and heavy equipment operators to ensure smooth operations
- Perform routine maintenance, set maintenance schedules, and coordinate repairs when necessary
Job responsibilities:
- Experience in service team management
- Having experience in competitor services;
- Proficient in local service industry
- Preferably from the heavy equipment industry
- Language can speak mandarin will be better
5. TRAINING SPECIALIST (SERVICE TEAM)
Job responsibilities:
- Create programs, curriculum and training materials
- Responsible for developing heavy equipment service competency
- Ensure the implementation of training and evaluation of training results running continuously
- Provide assessment and evaluation of heavy equipment service engineer
- Conduct a training for service engineer either online or offline training
Job responsibilities:
- Preferably from the heavy equipment industry
- Having experience with the same position
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta, and on the site
- Can operate online meeting, microsoft office (PPT dan WORD)
