1. Training Admin Internship

  • Familiar with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, Excel;
  • Final semester students or fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
  • Willing to be based in Bandung and commit to a 3 months internship period.

2. Data Administrator

  • Have an experience in Data Administrator min. 1 - 2 years
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Have high attention to detail
  • Be able to identify work priorities
  • Actively work in a team
  • Be able to commit to maintaining confidentiality of information
  • Willing to WFO in Bandung

3. Senior Business Development - Financing

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field. Advanced degrees are a plus
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing specifically focused on financing
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing sales and marketing strategies to acquire leads and convert them into closing for the multi services
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver persuasive sales presentations & consultative selling
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, lead generation, and sales funnel management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers/brands
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales & marketing tools
  • Strong analytical skill with ability to interpret sales data and metrics to drive informed decision making
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Candidates with fintech industry background are welcomed

4. Journey Strategist

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in product management, user experience, user experience research, customer journey mapping, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in user data.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Experience with user research methodologies (surveys, interviews, usability testing).

5. Project Manager - Special Project

  • +5 years experience equivalent project management experience
  • Exp in strategy and planning (e.g management consultant, corporate planning or corporate development division, CEO office)
  • Experience in high pace environment (start-up or consultant)
  • Experience in leading teams
  • Experience in building business plans
  • Have Financial modeling skills
  • Experience in project management (lead project inter-department) with multiple and high level stakeholders
  • Have consulting skills

6. Program Manager

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in program management, product management, CEO office, strategy, management consulting or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic plans.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment and fostering collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making, including experience designing and analyzing experiments with a customer-centric lens.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Experience with project management methodologies
  • Familiarity with journey mapping methodologies a plus.
  • Passion for customer success and understanding of their challenges.

7. Frontend Engineer

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
  • Thorough understanding of Vue.Js, Nuxt.Js and its core principles
  • Experience with data structure libraries
  • Experience of responsive and mobile friendly website
  • Experience with RESTful APIs
  • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
  • Experience with common front-end development tools such as Webpack, NPM, etc.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
  • Experience in optimization when load a webpage
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience
  • Proficient with Git
