1. Officer Plant - Technical Service (Business Analyst & Reporting) - Balikpapan
About You
- Bachelor's degree in system information, Informatic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management
- 1 - 2 years experience in managing data processing & analysis.
- Set up Reporting & Automation script to improve efficiency inside the team.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa, written and verbal.
- Excellent Ms Excel skill
- Data process / Database skill (Sql, Phyton, reporting platform Tableu, Power BI)
- Attention to detail and good analytical skill.
2. Coordinator Training
About You
- Graduated from bachelor’s degree, preferably from in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, General Management, General Business Management, or Arts (Psychology) degree.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role
- Knowledge of training and development concept, systems, and process, especially development of Training Need Analysis, training design and development.
- Good English communication skill
- Computer literate
3. Engineer Mining
About You
- Graduated from Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Mining projects
- Certified in POP from Mine and Energy Department
- Proficient in geological modelling, mine planning (Minescape) and other general office software (Microsoft).
- Proficient in Mining Principles, Mine design concepts and mining methods
4. Senior Coordinator OHS
About You
- University graduate, diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably in K3 or engineering degree
- Minimum 10 years experience in OHS Role
- Good knowledge in relation to OHS theory and practice, know and have a good understanding of OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001, Implementation of SMKP, Auditor SMKP and ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2007
- Proficient in computer, English, Government Regulations related to Health & Safety and their implementation
- Health & Safety management system, Quality Management System
- Experience in risk management and accident Investigation
