1. Structural Engineer Planning

Job Descriptions

• Prepare design plan and/or review design plan from consultants, develop design details, ensure design drawings are proper, complete, and accurate.
• Coordinate with consultant and internal user in regard to design plan.
• Prepare drawings necessary for project's planning & development permit/ project's tender.

Job Requirements.

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 3 years of working experience as a technical planner in Consultant/ Developer in High Rise Project and/ or Infrastructure
• Oversee structural design/documentation team with detailed design resolution.
• Able to produce concept design schemes with minimum supervision.
• Highly skilled in using ETABS, Ms. Excel and AutoCAD
• Applicant must be willing to work in Bumi Serpong Damai.

2. Quantity Surveyor Staff

Job Descriptions

• Analyzing the costs of various types of work in preparation for tenders
• Preparing tender documents (RAB approval, P3, Drawing For tender, contractor price comparison)
• Controls the budget and analyzes the cost benefits for all aspects of the work
• Tracks any changes to the design or actual work and adjusts the budget projection
• Prepares and monitors the administration of activities and completeness of documents

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as Quantity Surveyor in High Rise Building (QS ME / QS Civil) Computer literate (Ms. Office and AutoCAD)
• Analytical & logical thinking skill
• Accurate and competent in estimation
• Willing to be placed in BSD City
