SR. HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
Requirements:
- Female or Male, 26 - 32 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or related field
- Minimal 2 years in General Human Resources role
- Having good analytical thinking
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle employee issues and conflicts
- Familiarity with training, and benefits administration
- Proficiency in HR software and computer skills
Job Desc:
- Handle the recruitment and selection process for new employees, including creating job advertisements, interviewing candidates, and providing recommendations for hiring
- Organize and facilitate onboarding programs for new employees, including the provision of basic information and training on company culture, policies, and procedures
- Evaluate and manage employee performance, including providing feedback, developing performance improvement plans, and conducting performance appraisals
- Manage payroll systems, and compensantion & benefit, including designing and managing incentive programs, bonuses, and salary increases
- Manage and maintain employee records, including personal information, performance, and employment-related documentation
