1. HUB INVENTORY CONTROL SUPERVISOR
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, and Supply Chain Management.
- Excellent knowledge of WMS & ERP based principles.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Inventory Supervisor or Controller from a Retail, Logistic, or E-commerce background.
- Highly motivated with the "never-give-up" and growth mindset.
- Comfortable and able to thrive in an uncertain and dynamic environment.
- Quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proven leadership skills with background demonstrating exceptional level communication with key stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to actively seek and find solutions to problems.
- Work collaboratively and effectively with various departments, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders.
2. DATA ANALYST
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in mathematics, business, finance, statistics, economics, or computer science
- Have 1-2 years experience in the data analyst field
- Expert in statistics, datasets, and machine learning
- Expert in Python, SQL, and My SQL
- Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Has consulting experience and ability to assist with troubleshooting and debugging
- A leader and critical thinker with time management skills
3. CORPORATE STRATEGY SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in corporate strategy, consulting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace, with strong analytical tools skills (e.g., Excel, SQL).
- Passionate about the e-grocery space and enthusiastic about contributing to a fast-paced, growing startup.
- A collaborative team player with a creative and entrepreneurial mindset.
4. CATEGORY MANAGER (NON FOOD)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Management, Sales, Communication or relevant fields.
- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in the related field or position, such as Merchandiser or Key Account Manager in FMCG categories
- Prior experience in e-commerce is a must.
- Prior experience in these areas is a plus point: food, health & household, beauty & skin care.
- Proficiency in Ms. Office preferably Ms. Excel & Powerpoint.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proactive/Initiative.
- Positive attitude towards meeting tight deadlines and going the extra mile
- Collaborative and open to changes and challenges.
- Strong communication skills. Able to communicate and negotiate well with vendors/suppliers/people in general.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and organization skills.
5. PLATFORM EXCELLENCE ASSOCIATE
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree. Preferably majoring in Business/ Economics/ Finance/ Industrial Engineering.
- Basic data analysis and query skills using SQL
- Systematic and logical approach to problem-solving
- Enjoy working with numbers
- Strong and enthusiastic team player with a growth mindset and also a can-do attitude
