Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 8 years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with additional focus on TA process management and operations.
- Proven experience in managing regional recruitment, with specific exposure to Southeast Asian markets.
- Excellent influencing and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate at all levels.
- A talent magnet – adept at identifying and engaging high-potential candidates that align with our culture.
- Pro-active and positive attitude with the ability to build trusting relationships.
- Flexibility and Adaptability with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret and leverage recruitment data.
- Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
- Problem-solving abilities and a track record of process improvement.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements related to recruitment.
- Proficiency in recruitment technology, including ATS and other relevant tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
