HR DATA ANALYTICS
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle the organizational data collecting, data processing, data analysis, and management reporting.
- Develop and manage monthly or yearly employee appraisal form.
- Help user from many different level to plan and consult each function’s KPI development, productivity, performance, etc.
- Consult with management to identify business processes.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree preferably from Statistic, Management, Psychology, or Human Resources related area.
- Passionate about organizational data is a must.
- Excellent data analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent numerical ability and attention to details.
- Proficient in using Excel and data analytics visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Ability to work in close coordination and collaborate with all departments
- Enjoy with employee related data and this position will be under HR Dept.
