1. Sr. Manager, Category Management

Requirements: 
  • 5+ years experience in Industry, Social and Supply Experience, with strong suppliers network
  • Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Well-connected to big players within the industry
  • Collaborative and open to changes and challenges
  • English proficiency is a must

2. Key Account Management

Requirements:
  • Minimum S1 from a reputable University in Business related major.
  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa is highly preferred, Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
  • Exceptional negotiations, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability to changes in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with high ownership and responsibility.

3. Senior Retail Buyer

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master Degree
  • 4-8 years’ experience in merchandising / buying in a Retail environment with strong connections to related suppliers
  • Sharp business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management (both internal and external)
  • Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Great communication skills (both oral and written) are a must
  • As proficiency in English can accelerate candidates' career advancement at Lazada, we have confidence in providing an environment where language skills can be rapidly and efficiently enhanced

4. Associate, Steering & Project

Requirements
  • Degree in business, marketing, or related fields, or 3-5 years experience in project or business strategy
  • Strong ability to interpret data, sales and budget forecasting, conduct market research, and provide strategic insights for senior-level decision-making. Familiarity with SQL for data analysis is preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and executing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong project management capabilities
  • Skilled in collaborating cross-functionally to strategize campaigns, and facilitate content creation to boost affiliate engagement and drive traffic for improved conversion outcomes
  • Demonstrated strong sense of ownership and accountability for job responsibilities, showing initiative and drive to achieve goals

5. Sr. Associate, Business Development

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, seller recruitment, or partnership management within the e-commerce sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills, coupled with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across different departments.
  • Knowledge of online marketplace dynamics and familiarity with Lazada’s platform and services.
  • English can be used as working language.
