MamaBear berawal dari ketidak berhasilan founder menyusui anak pertamanya, namun justru dari situlah Founder terpanggil untuk membantu semua Mama agar dapat menyusui dengan penuh kASIh dan bahagia. Founder yang kompeten di bidang Food technology and nutrition lalu membuat produk pertamanya pada tahun 2016, yaitu teh pelancar ASI dari dapur rumah pribadinya.

1. MARCOMM MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies to support the company's or brand's objectives and goals.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns using project management skills that encompass various channels, including digital marketing, social media, public relations, advertising, and content marketing.
- Ensuring timely execution for maximum impact by precisely allocating budgets for marketing communication campaigns, guided by sensitivity analysis, and meticulously monitoring expenditure to optimize ROI and KPI.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing communication initiatives, using data and metrics to refine strategies and improve results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
Requirements:
- 3 years relevant work experience in Marketing Communication field with minimum 2 years experience as Supervisor or Managerial level (Mother and Babies specialist)

2. CONTENT CREATOR
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end in planning, executing production
- Creating content which will catch maximum customer interest
- Writing script and reviewing content
- Collaborating with the content and marketing team to decide the brand guideline and other promotional material
- Tracking consumer and content analytics (impression, insight, etc) and generating reports and presentations.
- Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve the traffic
- Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand history and plans
- Ensuring that SEO and SEM strategies are effectively implemented.

- S1 in literature, journalism, marketing, communications, or similar.

Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize campaign briefs and timelines and communicate with KOL Artists to develop campaign strategies and plans
- Create a brief in accordance with the results of target audience identification.
- Direct KOL Artists to communicate content in accordance with the brief
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign that has been running
- Create campaign result report and plan the next campaign
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communication or Similar

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to engage and grow the community within the mother and baby industry.
- Planning and execution of the company's participation in the Mother and Baby Expo, ensuring seamless logistics and a positive attendee experience.
- Provide event timelines, budgets, and coordinate all aspects of event logistics.
- Identify and research potential partners within the mother and baby industry for collaboration opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to integrate partnership initiatives into overall business strategy.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement professional development plans.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to community engagement, event success, and partnership impact.
- Generate reports for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize future community, event, and partnership strategies.
Requirements:

5. PERFORMANCE MARKETING
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage and ensure the accurate and timely implementation of all elements of advertising programs.
- Set up and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms including Google, Meta, Tik Tok, Ad Networks, and Programmatic partners.
- Identify and onboard new channels/partners to expand campaign scale, negotiating favorable terms where necessary.
- Monitor and manage campaign KPI delivery and spend pacing to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams, agencies, and third-party partners to manage all campaign elements related to creative requirements, technical production timelines, and asset delivery.
