1. Internship - HR (Karawang Based)
Qualifications
- You are 3rd year or last year students.
- Available to do full internship for 3 months (July-September 2024)
- Love solving and analyzing problems to build creative solutions
- Know how to set priorities and deliver what you commit to
- Love working in a multicultural and diverse environment
- Has the ability to learn on the job in a welcoming environment
- Has good interpersonal skills to persuade, influence, and adapt communication style to different situations and individuals
2. Internship - IT
Qualifications
- Open to all fields of study, but majors in industrial/chemical engineering/computer science and/or having experience with digitization & automation, data analytics/science are preferred.
- You are 3rd year or last year students.
- Available to do full internship for 3 months (July-September 2024).
- Have base analytical thinking for insights-based decision making.
- Born leaders and are passionate to make things happen.
- Have an external focus and a real passion for IT.
- Like to bring creativity & innovation to their work.
- Have strong analytical thinking and skills.
- Collaborate well with diverse groups of people.
3. Internship - Brand
Qualifications
- Open to all fields of study, but majors/having experience with business/marketing are preferred.

4. Internship - Sales
Qualifications

5. Plant Technician Internship
Qualifications:
- Penultimate year of pursuing a diploma degree or a fresh graduate with a diploma degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer & Informatics Engineering, or Chemical Analyst background.
- Have basic analytical thinking for insights-based decision-making and learning to use various data-centric and digital technologies.
- Good English writing, reading, and speaking skills.
- Computer literate.
- Available to do a full internship for 6 months .
- Willing to work on a shift schedule and in the Karawang Industrial Area.
6. HR PLANT TECHNICIAN INTERNSHIP
Qualifications:
- Are penultimate students or recent graduates with a diploma or bachelor's degree in Psychology, Engineering, Computer & Informatics, Management, or Law
- Possess professional proficiency in English
- Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure and possess strong analytical thinking and skills
- Are leaders with a penchant for bringing creativity and innovation to their work, collaborating effectively with diverse groups of people
- Are computer literate and passionate about data management
- Are available for a full 6-month internship
- Are willing to work in the Karawang Industrial Area
7. Internship - Product Supply
Qualifications
- You are 3rd year or last-year students in all engineering majors or science-related fields of study.
- Available to do a full internship for 3 months (Jan-March 2024).
- Have basic analytical thinking for insights-based decision-making and learning to use various data-centric and digital technologies.
- Born leaders who are passionate about making things happen.
- Have an external focus and a real passion for product supply.
- Like to bring creativity & innovation to their work.
- Have strong analytical thinking and skills.
- Collaborate well with diverse groups of people.
- Willing to be relocated.
