TECHNICIAN DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM 2024
The Technician Development Program (TDP) is specifically designed to develop young enthusiastic and talented technicians in the field of instrumentation, control valves, and process control, providing intensive training and hands-on practice, and building the skills necessary to become successful technicians.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or Max. 2 years of working experiences
- SMK graduates majoring in Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, GPA Min. 80
- D3/ S1 graduates majoring in Electronic Engineering, Physics Engineering, with GPA Min. 2.80 Scale 4.00
- Good interpersonal skills Physically and mentally fit
- Proficient in English (Min. Passive)
TIMELINE
- Self-Assessment & Document Submission: 04 - 24 April 2024
- Data Screening: 04 - 30 April 2024
- Psychological Test, Intelligence Test & English Proficiency Test: 01 - 31 May 2024
- Online Interview: 15 May - 15 June 2024
- Medical Check-Up: 16 - 30 June 2024
- Final Interview: 16 - 30 June 2024
- Start Program: 01 July 2024
