CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
- Analyze and report conditions malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
- Monitor customer complaints reach out to provide assistance.
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- Handle office room and arrange meeting venue for customers.
- Ensure office consumable are ordered in timely manner.
- Assist transport arrangement for customer.
- Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives.
Requirements
- Minimum D3 in relevant major.
- Experience at least 3-5 years as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
- Familiarity with heavy industry is a plus.
- Multi-tasking abilities.
- Patience when handling tough cases.
- Excellent communications, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in Batam.
