1. CONTROL TOWER (TRANSPORT)
Job Description
- Monitoring the field implementation plan, Appsheet, and POD
- Follow up on the drivers and riders locations
- Follow up and responding to customer complaints
- Updating arrival progress
- Daily and weekly reports
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Having more than 1 year of experience as a Control Tower is a must
- Good communication and MS Excel skills
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta and full WFO
- Available to do the shifting work
2. REGIONAL LOGISTIC (WAREHOUSE)
Job Description
- Responsible for monitor & control all warehouse operation process; goods delivery in timely manner accuracy of data stocks in warehouse
- Coordinate with other parties to ensure product inventory levels maintained and the delivery of goods are within schedule
- Coordinate & control all warehouse staffs in order to maximize process, safety and delivering
- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or above, All Major.
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures
- Related Experience for 2-3 years or more
- Understanding in - out of stock and damage product management
- Attention to detail, trustworthy with pleasant personality
- Leadership skills and ability manage staff
- Able to work under pressure and have a strong sense of responsibility, prudence, teamwork spirit, good communication skills and ability to complete work independently
3. FULFILLMENT OPERATION CONTROL (WAREHOUSE)
Job Description
- Supervise daily operations within the fulfillment center, ensuring adherence to SOPS and safety protocols.
- Manage inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent discrepancies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Enforce quality control standards to minimize errors and uphold product quality.
- Monitor KPIs related to order accuracy, on-time delivery, and productivity metrics.
- Provide training and coaching to fulfillment center staff on operational procedures and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor degree
- Basic understanding of warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Passionate / experienced in logistics / supply chain industry.
- Passionate / experienced in maintaining stock accuracy between in actual warehouse and in system, in terms of quantity, pallet location and expiry date.
- Proficient in excel, managing large database.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
4. FRESH COMMERCE MANAGER (E-COMMERCE)
Job Description
- Managing the right product stock level at avery Area according to market demand, must do Area Revenue Analysis vs 80/20 product analysis (Revenue Management).
- Managing the right product stock level at avery Area according to market demang (Revenue growth).
- Increasing the SKU on High Margin Products and Market it well. Develop the Revenue form Apps since there are no MP Fee;
- Must do a market visit where the consumer lives (Market understanding).
- Growing the private label business since the margin of the private label should be higher than selling someone's brand (Revenue Product Development).
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable or Top 5 university
- 2-5 years experiences to handle or manage e-commerce (Ex: Shopee, Tokopedia, BliBli, Tiktok and others)
- Have a can-do and positive attitude, and willingness to get to the core of an issue and go beyond the extra mile
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, reporting skills, and detail-oriented
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
5. TEKNISI COLD STORAGE
Job Description
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on cold storage refrigeration systems for optimal performance.
- Monitor temperature and environmental conditions in the cold storage and record data for quality control.
- Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, and automatic control devices in the cold storage.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the cold storage according to food safety standards.
- Provide regular reports on cold storage condition and maintenance to management.
- Coordinate with operations team for efficient product distribution and storage.
- Adhere to workplace safety procedures and emergency protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or certification in refrigeration engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in cold storage maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and electrical equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented and responsible.
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations and food safety is a plus.
- Willingness to work in cold environments and flexible with shifts.
