1. RECRUITMENT & PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR - SITE
Qualifications:
- S1 in Psychology/Human Resources Management/Industrial Engineering/Law;
- Min. 5 years of working experience as a Recruiter in the mining company or mining contractor;
- Experienced conducting end-to-end recruitment process for heavy equipment operator positions (such as: crane, loader, excavator, etc), driver, security;
- Have deep knowledge about the flow of the recruitment process and labor regulations related to employment agreements (PKWT, PKWTT, Probation, THL);
- Understand government regulations related to employment in the mining sector;
- Mastering interview skills and psycho test;
- Communicative, capable to work under pressure, and detail-oriented;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
- Willing to be placed in North Morowali with roster system 8 (weeks) : 2 weeks (off).
Job Description:
- Maintaining MPP of all divisions and fully responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment process for positions on site;
- Manage periodically update related to employee database (excel and HRIS System) and employment agreement;
- Make a report on the recruitment process about the applicants;
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and individual development (IDP);
- Carry out training and development activities;
- Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs;
- Maintaining and evaluating competencies;
- Conduct end-to-end Talent Mapping process.
2. INDUSTRIAL RELATION SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- S1 in Law/ Psychology/ Human Resources/ related;
- Having at least 3 years experience in the same position or minimal 5 years as HR in mining/smelter industry;
- Maximum 40 years old;
- Understand HR regulations, government regulations related to employment for mining sector;
- Able to build good communication with employees, company management, government agencies, local communities;
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Willing to be placed in North Morowali with roster system 8 (working) : 2 (off).
Job Description:
- Ensure that all regulations and regulations applied and implemented within the company comply with and comply with government regulations regarding labor;

Job Description:
- Preparing Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control for Chemicals in the Workplace
- Develop plans and implement periodic K3 Chemical Inspection programs as an effort to fulfil K3 regulations and standards
- Provide training, coaching and advice to workers regarding Chemical Safety in the workplace
- Create chemical safety inspection results reports and present them to management
4. SAFETY EXPERT PESAWAT UAP DAN BEJANA TEKAN
Qualifications:
- Have a Certificate (Ahli K3 Pesawat Uap dan Bejana Tekan from Kemenakertrans RI)
- Have a Certificate (Ahli K3 Umum from Kemenakertrans RI)
- Have a Certificate (Implementasi SMK3 from Kemenakertrans RI)
- Have a Certificate Trainer of Trainer (TOT)

Job Description:
- Preparing Hazard Identification, Risk Control of operating Steam Aircraft and Pressure Vessels in the workplace
- Develop plans and implement K3 Inspection program for Steam Aircraft and Pressure Vessels periodically as an effort to fulfil K3 regulations and standards
- Provide training, coaching and advice to workers regarding Steam Aircraft and Pressure Vessel Safety in the workplace
- Make report on the results of Steam Aircraft and Pressure Vessel safety inspections and present it to management
5. SALES ANALYST
Qualification:
- S1 in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or Economics;
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analytics or Finance;
- Maximum 33 years old;
- Preferably with a background of corporate finance knowledge, treasury or corporate banking, and research;
- Innovative thinking and analytical knowledge for assessment and interpretation of data;
- Handy with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data visualization;
- Fluent in Mandarin (will be an advantage)
- Placement in Head Office (Jakarta)
Job Description:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets to support business decisions
- Derive and structure solutions to issues at hand through data driven approaches
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to analyze different kinds of data ranging from financial, growth, and user metrics, to support company strategy

6. TAX SENIOR STAFF
Qualification:
- Min. S1 in Accounting/Tax or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience, preferably experience in tax consultant firm
- Able to do tax reconciliation
- Proficient in using tax applications (E-Faktur, E-SPT E-BUPOT) and proficient using Accurate
- Able to establish good communication with the tax office
- Advance in Ms. Office (Ms. Excell, Ms. Word) and proficient in English

Job Description:
- Prepare data required for tax review and tax audit
- Assist companies in dealing with tax authorities related to the tax audit process
- Prepare responses to letters from the Tax Office

7. MANDARIN TRANSLATOR (HO)
Qualification:
- Minimum D3/ S1
- Maximum 30 years old;
- Have an HSK 5 Certified (will be an advantage);
- Have solid administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Experience in the smelter, port operation, project, or manufacturing activities is preferred;
- Able to work in a team, good communication skill and multitasking;
- Placement in Jakarta (Head Office).
Job Description:
- Able to communicate using mandarin fluently
- Able to read and write mandarin well
- Translate documents for internal purposes from Indonesian-Mandarin (vice versa)

8. SUPERVISOR QAQC
Qualifications:

- At least 5 years experience to handle mineral analysis lab (Nickel); and/or 2 years in the same position.
- Have a certificate of K3 Chemical officer, PPR
- Have a Certificate of Training KAN 17025 and ISO 9001-2018/2015 (Preferred)
- Have attended training on the use of XRF equipment
- Willing to be placed in North Morowali Site with roster 8 weeks (working): 2 weeks (off).

Job Description:

10. MEP ENGINEER (SUPERVISOR)
Qualifications:
- Min. S1 in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related
- Max. 40 years old;
- Having experience min. 8 years in MEP
- Having experience in power plant or manufacturing
- Computer skill: Autocad, Revit/Sketchup
- Assist in the scoping review, budgeting and justification of MEP change work order.
- Willing to be placed in Head Office - Jakarta
Job Description:
- Make MEP design drawings for buildings and areas (housing & factories)
- Make MEP drawings for PBG and SLF
- Calculating the volume and estimated cost of the MEP work according to the design
- Execution/implementation in the field according to the design and or monitoring of contractor work (MEP)
- Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at a site that may arise at any time
