1. SUPERVISOR PDCA / QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Responsibility:
- Analyzing current business processes to identify improvement potentials.
- Monitoring and collecting data to evaluate the outcomes of improvements.
- Identifying barriers and issues arising during PDCA implementation.
- Conducting quality improvement program socialization to all responsible work units.
- Providing training, mentoring, and support to employees involved in the improvement process.
- Summarizing and reporting KPIs of all work units on-site.
- Ensuring periodic activity reviews and progress summary reports are conducted.
- Managing company procedures (SOPs, WI, STDs, Forms) from storage, distribution, to document usage monitoring.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Degree (D3/S1) in Operations Management, Process Management, Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering.
- Minimum 2 year of work experience in process management or improvement-related fields.
- Strong understanding of Balance Score Card, PDCA methodology, and related tools such as root cause analysis, gap analysis, and improvement planning.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work systematically.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Relevant certifications would be an added advantage

2. SUPERVISOR PRODUCTION
Responsibility:
- Take full responsibility for production achievement, ensuring all production processes are in line with established standards and targets.
- Rectify deviations from inspection results in the work area and control potential loss time.
- Ensure all production machinery functions optimally, minimizing disruptions to operator performance.
- Provide additional job-related information to new operators to ensure clear understanding.
- Ensure that safety standards and workplace safety are met and implemented by the entire production team.
- Inspect loads and ensure compliance with applicable load standards.
- Control operator absences according to the work roster and ensure an adequate number of operators as per the needs of the work area.
Qualification:
- Minimum education of D3 in Mining Engineering, Geology, or relevant field.
- 3 years of experience as a foreman or 1 years of experience as a supervisor in the coal mining industry.
- Good communication/coordination skills and ability to provide direction and motivation.
- Possession of POP certification is preferred

3. SUPERVISOR MINE ANALYST
Responsibility:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for Overburden (OB), Coal, Barging, Rehandling Coal, Productivity, Fuel, and Lost Time.
- Analyze the generated reports and formulate corrective actions or improvements (PICA).
- Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure smooth mining operations.
- Lead the production administration team in preparing necessary reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and company regulations.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mine analysis, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in using related software such as Excel, Access, or ERP systems.
- Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Knowledge of mining operational processes and a good understanding of mining production metrics.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with relevant departments.

4. MINE PLAN ENGINEER
Responsibility:
- Supervising and managing the technician team, ensuring work is carried out to safety and quality standards.
- Planning and scheduling preventive maintenance and overseeing repair projects.
- Conducting regular inspections and maintenance on heavy equipment, including coal haulage trucks and other mining equipment.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure availability of spare parts and materials.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Providing regular reports to management on facility performance and maintenance.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mine analysis, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in using related software such as Excel, Access, or ERP systems.
- Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.

5. PIT CONTROL ENGINEER
Responsibility:
- Develop, implement, and maintain control systems for mining pit operations.
- Monitor and analyze pit performance data to optimize production and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with mining engineers and operators to develop and implement pit planning strategies.
- Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams to ensure the availability and reliability of equipment and systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address operational issues and safety concerns.
- Prepare reports and presentations on pit performance, operational efficiency, and improvement initiatives.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mining operations, with a focus on pit control and planning.
- Strong knowledge of mining pit control systems, equipment, and technology.
- Familiarity with mining regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

6. FOREMAN PLANNER
Responsibility:
- Maintain and create Equipment Maintenance Schedules (Forecast Maintenance Scheduling Per Year, Per Month, Per Week, and Comparison Schedule Between Plan Vs Actual Execution).
- Monitor and analyze Equipment & Unit in various maintenance activities.
- Review and evaluate various activities carried out on-site referring to existing policies such as: Preventive Maintenance (Service, Midlife, OVL/GOH), Predictive Maintenance (Backlog, Daily Inspection), and Corrective Maintenance (Major Repair, Minor Repair), and provide the results to the Supervisor Planner.
- Update Equipment History and Equipment Status, including Equipment History during Maintenance Scheduling (Overhaul, Midlife, Periodical Service, General Check) and Equipment Status including (Available, Scrap), and provide reports to the Supervisor Planner.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance planning or related field.
- Proficiency in maintenance scheduling software and tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and analyze maintenance activities and achievements effectively.
- Excellent understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance principles and practices.
