1. TECHNICAL WARRANTY DEPT HEAD
Job Description:
- Handling & Judgement Claim for Dealer
- Prepare report to HMMI / HML based on Quality Problem which occurred in Hino Vehicle in after the market and follow up the progress
- Analyze & Investigate each quality problem in after the market to find the root cause & take solution for unit problems
- Prepare weekly/Monthly report in Technical Department which contains of Dealer performance, KPI Performance, Internal Goodwill progress, Technical Support Activity, Euro 4 Progress, Update Major Technical Issues.
Qualification:
- Min. D3/ S1 in Engineering (Automotive) major
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
- At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Having knowledge about Automotive Engineering
- Able to operate computer minimum Ms. Office
- Have a good communication
- Have a good Technical Analysis, being a negotiator & good explanatory

2. AREA SALES COORDINATOR - JAKARTA
Job Description
- Monitor & achieve market share as targeted
- Encourage & ensure dealer to conduct customer event
- Manage dealer groups in certain area in making sales forecast, pursue key prospect and absorb potential market.
- Construct appropriate term of sales and assisting dealer in implement sales program for vehicle & bus
- Evaluate & implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the department sales volume with objective to achieve Hino Sales Target within an assigned territory in compliance with management policy
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
- Having experiences in the area sales, marketing, business development, or customer relationship management are very welcome to apply
- Preferable experience in Automotive Market
- Good in English and Ms. Office
- Having strong business sense and industry expertise

3. WAREHOUSE STAFF / DEPO STAFF
Job Description
- Conduct pre-receiving inspection before handover process from transporter to HMSI to ensure part quality and accuracy.
- Separates overseas part, release original label, and put the new prepared label so all incoming spareparts labelled in Indonesia.
- Store goods by adhering to predetermined space allocation in order to get the parts in place, organized, safe, and ensuring rapid access when needed.
- Follow up delivery order by executing the activities of picking, packaging, and pre-shipment inspection in a timely basis to ensure the readiness of the goods to be delivered in a timely manner for further shipment processing.
- Keeping the record of goods movement by input the data of received goods and release the data of delivered goods from computer application in order to ensure proper records that supports the tracking needs
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least, Senior High School (With 3 years of working experiences in related field), Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major
- Required Skill(s): Intermediate Level for Ms. Powerpoint, Ms. Excel,
- Able to read and use catalog part.
- Preferably Staff/Coordinator specialized in inventory control

4. TAX STAFF (4 BULAN KONTRAK)
Job Description
- Proceed invoice BDS (Daily) and control all supported documents, check and stamp on invoices to classify PPN
- Do approval ID supplier vendor based on qualification
- Activate database and uploader for E-Tax Invoice on PC Server
- Do approval E-Tax invoice based on request
- Make payment for Foreign VAT (PPN Luar Negeri) for incoming bills
- Reconcile report of VAT in, ou & Import and GL
- Ensure all return note to be sent, reported and stored
- Reconcile output tax invoice has been approved before date 15
- Collect detailed data every month before doing tax report
- Prepare tax payment based on schedule set before due date
- Prepare and send SPT VAT to e-tax invoice application based on schedule set before due date
Qualification
- For 4 Months Contract
- Min. Diploma 3 in Tax
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Have good knowledge and experience in Corporate Taxation Specific in VAT, Value Added Tax (PPN), reconciliation with sales, taxes regulation
- Have good knowledge and experience in the e- invoicing process starts from the input process to tax reporting
- Have good communication & presentation skill, good in English will be an advantage

Job Description

Qualification:
- Min. D3/ S1 in Engineering (Automotive), Mechanical/electrical and industrial engineering major
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position,
- Comprehend Vehicle component parts & system (Diesel Engine, Power Train, Chassis)
- Comprehend Evaluation Vehicle Test Method

- Conduct and support event activity with Dealer
Qualification:
- Minimum 4 Year Experience as a salesman Automotive or related Industry
- Having experience in Automotive Industry at least 3 years, specifically Commercial Vehicle (CV), since CV industry is very unique.
- Advance in Microsoft Office: Microsoft Excel ( Dashboard, Pivot, Lookup,etc), Microsoft Word & Power Point
