Profil Perusahaan
PT Indo Raya Tenaga (IRT) merupakan SPC (Special Purpose Company) untuk proyek pembangkitan PLTU Suralaya 9-10 Ultra Super Critical (2 x 1.000 MW) hasil dari perjanjian konsorsium antara PT Indonesia Power dan PT Barito Pacific dimana masing-masing perusahaan tersebut menunjuk anak perusahaannya untuk membentuk perusahaan patungan.
IRT didirikan di Jakarta pada tanggal 15 Maret 2017 berdasarkan Akta No. 19 Notaris Lenny Janis Ishak, S.H. IRT bergerak di bidang pembangkitan dan penyediaan tenaga listrik dengan menyelenggarakan kegiatan usaha di bidang pembangkitan listrik tenaga uap (batubara) dan energi baik yang terkait langsung maupun tidak langsung.

1. ENGINEERING (ASSISTANT JUNIOR)
Requirements:
- Common Term Agreement (CTA) Compliance Set up
- Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) Compliance Set up
- Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Operation & Maintenance manual preparation
- Coordinate, communicate and anu other job description before and after plant Commercial Operation Date (COD)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/ Diploma degree of Engineering related department in university
- More than 1 year of experience in Power Plant or related experience is preferred
- Communication skill of English in both speaking and writing
- Have a extensive understandings of power plant facilities and process

2. ELECTRICAL (JUNIOR)
Requirements:
- Review of Electrical Maintenance procedures and instruction
- Make / review of contractors contract for MMO (maintenance, modification, operation) and routine service Work
- Make statistic and analysis of All Electrical Plant maintenance work
- Maintain routine of function test and inspection for electrical equipment
- Control of routine electrical Plant maintenance budgeting and planning
- Raise and implement Yearly CAPEX (Capital expenditures) budget in electrical section
- Participate to implement the policy of quality, safety & health and environment within the company
- Perform all routine, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance base on CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) and on electrical part maintenance procedure and instruction, emergency repairs and preventive maintenances and other works for electrical maintenance
- Familiar with Electrical GEN, AVR, TBN, COND, FW System, CCW, AIR COMP, XFMR, MV SWGR, EDG, BLR, Draft System, LV MCC, Fuel Oil & Coil, Auxiliary BLR, SCR, ESP, WT, WWT, etc.
Qualifications:
- More than 2 years of experience in the Electrical Maintenance at Super Critical Coal Fired Power Plant
- More than 4 years of experience in the power plant, sufficient knowledge about on-side job
- Communication skill of English in both speaking and writing
- Bachelor's degree of Electrical Engineering related department in university

3. ELECTRICAL (LEADER)
Requirements:
- Review of Electrical Maintenance procedures and instruction

- More than 6 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance Part at Coal Fired Power Plant
- More than 10 years of experience in the Maintenance of Power Plant (Coal Fired Power Plant is preferred)
- Having commissioning experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree of Electrical Engineering related department in university
- Communication skill of English in both speaking and writing
- Have a extensive understandings of electrical facilities
