1. SALES MANAGER

Responsibitilies:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to hit or exceed sales targets for the business.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to improve performance and achieve set goals.
  • Understand market trends and customer needs to tailor strategies that capture more customers and increase revenue.

  • Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
  • Manage the budget for the sales division, ensuring resources are properly allocated, and expenses are controlled.
  • Provide senior management with detailed and accurate sales reports and revenue forecasts to inform strategic decisions.
  • Work closely with brand marketing to align strategies, optimize marketing campaigns, and ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements:
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ of experience in sales, including a significant period in a leadership or management role, demonstrating a track
  • Record of achieving sales targets
  • Willing to be based in Jakarta Office

2. SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential customers through cold calling, emails, and face-to-face meetings to introduce them to the company's products or services.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations to customers to highlight the key features and benefits of products, adapting the sales message to the audience.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to effectively position products or services.
  • Gather feedback from customers to inform future product development and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the company's offerings to provide accurate information to customers and to recommend products or services that meet their needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and packages to secure sales and ensure mutually beneficial agreements. 
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales efforts and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technical, or a related field
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Willing to be based in Jakarta Office.

3. BRAND MARKETING

Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's objectives, including defining the brand's positioning, value proposition, and messaging.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, print, and events.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, competitor strategies, and market trends.
  • Create content to support brand initiatives, such as promotional materials, website content, and social media posts.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure brand consistency and achieve business goals. 
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns against predefined KPIs.
  • Engage with external partners to build and maintain relationships that support brand objectives.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in all external communications and materials.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or a related area.
  • Proven track record of successful brand growth
  • Familiar with marketing design tools such as Canva, Adobe, etc.
  • Familiar with marketing campaign tools such as Mailchimp, etc.
  • Willing to be based in Jakarta Office

4. ADMINISTRATIVE AND HR SUPPORT

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office, including managing correspondence and maintaining filing systems.
  • Prepare, organize, and store documents, ensuring that important business documentation is filed and accessible.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, placing orders as necessary.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment, coordinating repairs and upgrades as needed.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including handling petty cash.
  • Assist with human resources functions, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating benefit programs.
  • Organize office events, meetings, and employee team-building activities.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive company image.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is highly beneficial, demonstrating the ability to manage office responsibilities effectively.
  • Willing to be based in Jakarta Office

5. ACCOUNTING SUPPORT

Responsibilities:
  • Enter financial transactions into internal databases, ensuring all business transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Assist with invoicing, handle accounts receivable duties, and manage accounts payable tasks, including processing payments and maintaining cost reports.• File and retrieve financial documents, records, and reports, maintaining a well-organized and accessible filing system.
  • Help reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy, including bank statements and financial records.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
  • Assist with processing payroll, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time while adhering to company policy and tax regulations.
  • Support with tax filing preparations, ensuring compliance with local and state requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an accounting role is required, demonstrating a familiarity with accounting procedures and financial principles.
  • Willing to be based in the Jakarta Office.
