1. CORPORATE STRATEGIC INVESTMENT
Provide a comprehensive analysis of market, industry, and consumer dynamic to give a total outlook of business potential related to merger, acquisition and join venture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management/ Accounting/ Business Management/ Economics
- Have a Master Degree / Graduate with Honor are preferred
- Have experience and knowledge in valuation, due dilligence, and M&A transaction
- Have knowledge and skill of finance & accounting, financial modeling, legal terms & document drafting
2. RISK & DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
This position will ensure the compliance with procedures within department, ensure availability of Risk and Control database, preparing Audit & Risk Management methodology, and also develop Audit and Risk Management knowledge sharing materials to be socialized in Kalbe Group
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting / Economic or related major
- Have experience in related field, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Have knowledge related to Audit, Risk Management, and Data Analytical
- Have good analytical thinking and facilitating skill
3. CORPORATE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
This position will assist management in analyzing, formulating, and evaluating company strategy, standards, systems, and action plans, also it implementation in Kalbe Group entities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or related major
- Have GPA minimum 3.50 (Cumlaude)
- Have a Master Degree/ Graduate with honors in
- Business Administration/ Management are preferred.
- Have minimum 1-2 years of experience in related fields.
- Have knowledge in Strategic Management and ISO/ document standardization
- Have fluency in English
- Experienced in Consulting Firms/ Strategic division are preferable.
