CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR
Responsibilities:
- Review and organize contract.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Track contract milestones and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors
- Identify and remind contract-related issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or Engineering related field
- Proven experience in contract administration or a related field is an added value
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willing to be placed in Head Office Jakarta
